Hit the prettiest streets in Charlotte for a morning jog or join a pack of cyclists making the Queens Road loop after work. A generous stretch of the Little Sugar Creek Greenway is literally at the foot of Tranquil Avenue, connecting to Freedom Park a few blocks away. Queens University is just down Selwyn, the perfect venue to take an enrichment class or hear a renowned speaker.

The day will seem longer and much more relaxing when the commute uptown only takes ten minutes (five if you’re bound for SouthPark). Another breath of fresh air is the ability to walk to so many places. There are shops and restaurants and all manner of conveniences in and around Tranquil Court on Selwyn, so you won’t have to go far for a glass of wine, a bouquet of flowers or a dinner out. Walk across the street to Selwyn Pub for a pint. And when you come back home, it’ll be to the most refreshing condominiums in historic Myers Park.
