Charlotte, N.C., July 12, 2010 – Crosland announces three new lease signings at Tranquil Court on Selwyn. The Bray Law Firm, The Bond Network and The UPS Store are set to join the mixed-use development on Selwyn Avenue in Myers Park. Marshall Williamson and Kara Schroer of Colony Development Partners represented office leasing and Charles Thrift represented the owners on retail leasing. Charles Neal with Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors represented The Bray Law Firm, Guy McBride with Divaris Real Estate represented The Bond Network, and Scott Mileham of New South Properties represented The UPS Store.
The Bray Law Firm (4,750 sf) is a boutique law practice which represents corporate clients and their owners in business transactions and litigation matters. They specialize in representing motorsports, entertainment and corporate clients. The Bray Law Firm is relocating to Tranquil Court on Selwyn in September from their current location off Abbey Place.
The Bond Network (2,103 sf) is a full-service surety agency working with contractors to bond construction projects, bids, maintenance, supply and license and permits. The Bond Network is the largest independently owned surety agency in the Carolinas. They will be relocating from another location in Myers Park and plan to open late summer.
Joining the above tenants at Tranquil Court is The UPS Store (1,173 sf), which plans to relocate their store next door in Colony Shops. The UPS Store provides a variety of shipping, postal and business services with world-class customer service in a convenient location. The store also offers key duplication, passport photography, electronic filing of tax returns and Western Union services. Only two more spaces remain on the first floor of the commercial building and several tenants are in active negotiations.
